As part of our Preventative Maintenance Program, we help clients comply with Australian Standards, including AS3666 – Air-handling and water systems of buildings – Microbial control.
We also help you meet your essential safety measures (ESM) obligations relating to air conditioning systems, as outlined by the Building Regulations.
Compliance is managed using our online Asset Management System (AMS) and our site-specific Building Manuals which ensure that all your air conditioning equipment remains compliant at all times and delivers optimal comfort all year round.

Mechtrol is committed to health and safety in the workplace. All team members are required to complete our induction program and ongoing training relating to workplace safety.
The company operates under a comprehensive Occupational Health & Safety Management Plan and prepares Job Specific Risk Assessments (JSAs) when required. We are ISO Accredited in 45001 OH&S Management.
We also hold Public Liability and WorkCover insurance to suit the requirements of our clients.

We aim to reduce our environmental impact wherever possible; this includes ongoing initiatives such as responsible disposal of contaminated refrigerants, use of non-CFC alternatives and recycling of air filters, packaging and metals. We are ISO Accredited in 14001 Environmental Management.
